Skiing at Oslo vinterpark (Tyrvann) during Easter

Cross-country skiing is sure a great thing to do (I've tried it once...), but for the rest of us with need for speed I suggest that we pack our oranges and kvikk lunsj chocolate and head straight for Tyrvann ski center here in Oslo! Opening hours are from 10am-5pm so plenty of time to enjoy the slopes and the so longed for sunshine. For more info about the center check out their homepage:

Public transportation: t-bane number 1 (Frognerseterbanen) and go off at Voksenkollen station. From here there is a free shuttle bus that takes you straight up to the vinterpark. We will meet in front of the ticket office. The idea is to start with the easy slopes and progress to Wyller slopes:

It was nice and warm today so regular sporty clothes would be sufficient if you would like to join.

I think public transport will be non existent that weekend. Seems to be no trains and the bus express service isn't running. Unfortunately I have no car to offer lifts, otherwise I would love to go. Rough Prices
    Ski Rental: 350Kr
    SKi Pass- All day: 355Kr
If you haven't got one you will need a ski card: 50Kr
Remember, even if you have a ski card from a different place you should be able to use that one and save 50Kr.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
