How do you stand when you are happy or sad?
Guess what? Your physiology changes accordingly.

Amy Caddy Harvard Sociologist studied body posture and physiological changes. After 2 minutes just pretending to be confident, brave etc. the physiology changes, hormones and feelings change.

What happens if you pretend to be happy for 40 minutes?
You will be happy! Laughter Yoga is just one way of getting really really energetic and happy!

So come and release the stress of the day, get happy and enegretic!

We laugh for about 40 minutes then we do a long relaxation.
Relaxation also has positive physiological effects on the body.
After a 20 minute relaxation the following changes occour in the body, according to Dr. Herbert Benson Harvard Medical Doctor.

-30% less cholesterol
- more oxygen gets to the brain than while sleeping
- more endorphins (happy hormones)
- better blood circulation
- can get ridd off as much stress as with 3-4 hrs of sleep
- cell rejuvenation excells
- our cells get better nutrition (18-20% temporarily metabolism change)

If you have signed up twice before and did not come you just have to take your chances. I had to be strict about this to respect those who really really want to come and were turned down before due to lack of space. So make sure that you commit to signing up.

People were asked to sign up via e-mail since peope come from all sorts of places such as personal friends, (- who also had to sign up via email and they were no exceptions) New to oslo and meet up. Not to be diasappointed next time or to avoid any inconvenience please make sure you sign up via email next time.
