What people said about Conscious Breathwork with Mag Ma
"For the first session, I was surprised that waves of feelings came out as soon as a few minutes into the breathwork. I experienced and released some sadness and anger during the session. I continued to experience a deep sadness for a couple more days after the session. So I know more healing is in order for me.
I found the second session very powerful and very different from the first one. It felt a lot shorter than an hour. I experienced many phases of emotions - some anger, some sadness, some fears, and even some blissful moments. I saw scenery from the town I grew up as a child and furniture in my childhood home which was very depressing. I experienced shooting pain from my spine, moving up to my shoulder and went through my arms to my fingers and were completely gone. And the session ended with a comforting serene calmness."

"I had a Conscious Breathwork session in June this year with Mag Ma. It was a powerful and profound experience that led to many revelations of my past lives and of recurring circumstances that had affected me as well as my ancestors in ages past. I had some emotional release and found renewed strength during the session. I look forward to more sessions with Mag."
'It took me a while to get into the Conscious breathwork rhythm, as it is quite different from the breathing technique used in my yoga practice. I am SUPERHAPPY that the “lump” I felt in my stomach was totally GONE. During the session, I got the insight that what I originally thought as “poor digestion” was actually suppressed anger with my business partner who took advantage of me. I spoke to my acupuncturist about the session I had with you and he was quite impressed. I am really grateful to you, thank you very much indeed.'

During the session, I enjoyed in the space of "nothingness". It was very pleasurable. I like the music, particularly the gong which sent me places...

During the session, I have experienced a lot of numbness in my hands, they got hard and rigid. I was too afraid to go on, but Mag said I can “breathe through it” to feel better. Then my mouth went so numb that I couldn’t even speak clearly. It was quite scary, but Mag encouraged me to keep going. I was sweating a lot. When the session finally ended, I felt like I was drunk. After resting for 10 minutes, I felt OK again. Actually I was overcome with a deep sense of calmness and serenity. I also surprised myself by thinking that I want to do this again :o)
I joined the Conscious Breathwork to learn how to breathe from the belly. During the session, I felt numbness in my hands. I also felt cold, and once I got a blanket, I felt asleep for a little bit and felt calm and peaceful upon waking up.
