I meet about 50 people from Europe a year where I play beach volleyball in Santa Monica and am curious about meetup groups when I visit Paris. I plan to buy a sailboat soon to go cruising and explore some of the 3,000 miles of navigation rivers/canals in EU. Goals are to learn French & have people join cruising. Charles
