Welcome to Expedition First Coast, a community outreach program sponsored by Black Creek Outfitters. The goal of this program is to reconnect children with nature. Through bi-monthly events, we hope to encourage parents to get outside with their children and explore our local and state parks. Our meetups will include activities such as guided hikes, kayaking eco-tours, standup paddle boarding clinics, cycling, and a host of other activities. We at Black Creek are very passionate about the outdoors, and as parents, firmly believe that children can truly connect with the outdoors when given the opportunity. We have often been amazed that many people we talk to, some of whom have lived in the Jacksonville area their entire lives, have no idea what natural wonders are right at their fingertips. Our goal is to help them find these amazing treasures and share them with their families. We also hope that in raising awareness about our beautiful natural places, we can foster a strong desire in our next generation to protect these unique environments and the creatures that live in them. Please see below for information about our kickoff event at Washington Oaks Gardens State Park on Saturday, May 17th. We hope you’ll join us for our first adventure and continue to check back as we schedule additional activities. See you outside!

Henry

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
