This group is for people of all skill levels who want to condition. Lose weight, increase endurance, flexibility and strength in our meetups.  Experience easy to follow guided movement to eclectic, energizing music.  Our meetups are educational, social and fun!  If you're a beginner looking to learn or an experienced athlete looking for variety, this is the group for you!
