A lovely varied walk along the canal towpath, over fields, around a wood and then back to the pub along the towpath. We go past one of Warwickshire's most famous historic houses, a church where a double murderer 'got away with it' - twice, and then a second little church that's dog-friendly!!
Sheep probable in one field (and may be in fields adjacent to the path in one section), cows possible in one field, horses very likely in one field - but in fenced paddocks. Three stiles, more awkward for people than dogs.
Polite request: in fields with livestock, please have your dog/s on the lead. Whether yours usually bother about livestock or not, pack behaviour is different.
Note - this is the Bank Holiday weekend!
