What is your experience with dream work in general?

Many years ago, I was in a dream group. I also kept a dream journal on my own after reading books by authors such as S. Laberge, Ann Faraday and Patricia Garfield. I am also aware of the Sennoi and Wm Domhoff's research on dreaming.

What would you most like to discuss with other dreamers?

At this point, I would like to hear others talk about their dreams, and about mine. I've found that by sharing dreams, sometimes it helps me to remember my dreams more readily.

What's one challenge you have in your dreaming life?

Not remembering my dreams--i used to have very good recall.

How about your dreaming life successes?

For me, success is any time I remember a dream, or a fragment, and write it down! It enriches my life in a way I cannot describe.

Talking about dreams with others seems to increase being able to remember dreams.
