Introduction

I'm interested learning how to shoot manually and improve the quality of my images. I am also an artist and have a little experience as a photo stylist. I expect this experience with Exposure Roanoke to be FUN!

Which equipment brand do you primarily shoot with?

Newly acquired Nikon D7000. Looking forward to spending some fun times with this camera. I still like my iPhone camera Too.

I love my new Nikon D7000. Great feature set. Of course your brother's (or brother-in-law?) D200 would be a great beginners camera. Cheaper also! Feel free to ask me, or others, at the next meetup to handle their camera to see how they fit your hand. I joke about Nikon being a better camera, but to me they just feel "right" compared to the others. Take your time until one feels "right" to you. It might even be a Canon. I can't believe I said that!
