Los Angeles River 5K Fun Run on May 5th Hopefully run in an awesome 10K in 5-6 months or so, if I train properly!
Not an injury-tight hip flexors so learning different methods to stretch out with the foam roller should help me. Also-flattest feet ever so I am looking forward to learning how to use proper form while running to prevent injury.
I am from Los Angeles and I am very new to running. I completed my first 5K in January and then ran in the Chinatown Firecracker 5K in February.
