What experience do you have with Agile/XP technical practices? please share something about what practices and rough duration of your experience

I've used TDD and refactoring since around 2008, have been applying CD practices since around 2010, pair occasionally and maintain an open source REST mocking tool.

What have you personally found to be the most challenging aspect of extreme programming to put into practice?

Maintaining enough discipline to stick to the fundamentals when the novelty has worn off. Working in mixed new/legacy/SaaS environments where test automation is difficult.

What topics are you interested to share experience on or hear more about?

Bringing new types of testing into the cycle e.g. security, resilience. Going beyond example-based testing e.g. property-based, simulation.

What programming language(s) do you use in your current job?

Mostly Java, with a bit of Ruby, Python, JS and Bash.

Polyglot developer with agile tendencies.
