Digital Days Photography Workshop

This event is now sold out.

We have a great opportunity for everyone to attend the Digital Days workshop in Atlanta this weekend free!  This workshop is presented by Popular Photography Magazine and American Photo Magazine and sponsored by Sony.

To register, visit www.digitaldaysphoto.com, register for the Atlanta workshop (pick the full two day experience if you'd like), and use the coupon code Guest at checkout.  This will reduce the price to $0.  Please RSVP here so we have an idea of how many F2'ers are going, and let us know if the workshop fills up or your registration is refused for some reason.

See the digital days website and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z2g4kbdE-KU for more info.

The workshop was good. I liked the check list to better pictures. The model shoot was the best.

I enjoyed this workshop very much and found it very useful. I thought it was great to have the various photoshoots: night, indoor and outdoors with models. It was my first photoshoot with models.

This was VERY helpful - good instructors - good hands-on opportunities - unbelievable price - great, active participants. The model shoot and real time advice and coaching was awesome! The mid-day park shoot was too hot for me - but the evening park shoot was well worth the heat.

The event offered an excellent opportunity to get some hands-on shooting experience with live models. The lecture part was presented by 2 knowledgeable and articulate photography professionals. A top notch event overall.

Good session today, although I think you have a good handle on the basics so tomorrow will be more appropriate for you. Workshop is on the second floor. See the hotel event board in the lobby.

Laurel, it's not our gig so we really can't say. My guess would be no - they probably want people to be there at the hotel to register etc. not just show up for the 1.5hr night shoot (which wasn't part of the program originally anyway).

Hi, Would it be ok to only attend and join the group at Centenial Park on Sat? Thanks, I would appreciate your feedback .

As far as we know, no tripod is required for the day 1 sessions. However, there is an optional night shoot Saturday in Centennial Olympic Park 8pm-9:30pm and you'll definitely want your tripod if you plan to attend that.

  • Danielle

    I won't need a tripod for Day 1, right?

If you're nervous about it, try visa[masked] (15 ones's), an expiration in the future, and any 3 digit "back of card" code. That will get you past the form where you have to put in credit card info, and since it should drop the price to zero, the card shouldn't ever be processed.

Actually both Elton and I signed up using the website and "Guest" code does reduce the final price to $0.00

I don't think it was doing anything with the coupon code. It looked like they were going to charge the full price.
