Thursday Night Meetup 2012 - Slow Motion Portraits

One of the most creative ways of taking portraits is to slow down the shutter speed. Slow it down to a point where a person can no longer stay perfectly still. Now instead of clear sharp details of a portrait, you have the motion and the blurriness / confusion that goes along with it.

We will experiment with taking very long exposures (> 5 seconds) with and without a second curtain flash firing. The results are amazing and a lot of fun.
