Join other Pasadena-area real estate investors at our For Investors By Investors meeting which is usual the second Thursday of each month. The Pasadena FIBI group provides an environment for intimate and informative round-table peer discussions on relevant topics and to provide feedback about current deals that members are working on. The second half of the meeting usually includes an update about the economy and what that means to us as investors in today’s financial environment. All FIBI meetings are based on a NO SELLING format, allowing investors—whether seasoned or just starting out—to be free to share about their real estate passions without being bombarded by sales pitches.

Stuart CrippsI brave the traffic from Culver City to Pasadena in rush hour because this meeting is so good. Topics covered last night included entity set ups, LLC, S -corp, joint ventures and partnership agreements, Pasadena real estate market, and the indepth macro economic round up from now to 2021 and investor networking. A very successful meeting.

Ajay MehraThought the meeting was great. Really enjoyed hearing everyone's input on the market as well has various opinions to really common questions investors have. Though the overview of economic conditions and how they pertain to investors was very insightful.
