No health issues, weight to lose, or family history of health concerns. I just want to be able to fight off the zombies if that sort of thing ever happens. :)
How's your current nutrition? (non-existent, looking for ideas, do what I can, etc). Do you find yourself looking for simpler or better nutritional paths?
Limited fast food, mostly home cooked, fruit/veggie heavy, lean protein, low fat foods. I could be better, but I think I make good food choices 85% of the time.
What are your current fitness goals (I will lose x-pounds by x-date, I will lose 4 dress sizes before my cruise in 3 months, gain muscle to look better, increase cardio for an upcoming race, etc)?
Increase cardio. Gain some muscle weight and tone everywhere with extra focus on legs and glutes.
Probably most important 'WHY’ is getting into shape/ healthier that important (ability to play with kids, prevent sickness, being able to help others, etc). PLEASE EXPLAIN
My family lives forever. Its a good chance ill hit at least 90. Its up to me how enjoyable those last few decades are.
