Everyone is different so in order for me to get to know YOU better I must ask: What is it that's motivating you to commit and make a change in your life right now? Do you have any health issues such as pre-diabetes, high cholesterol etc explain :)

I like to be able to do fun things, so I like to attempt to be healthy. Being healthy has a lot going for it. I gave up cigarettes decades ago. I was working out at the YMCA when I was in nursing school.

How's your current nutrition? (non-existent, looking for ideas, do what I can, etc). Do you find yourself looking for simpler or better nutritional paths?

I like to do something that is fun, and also raises my heart rate...it used to be racquetball.

What are your current fitness goals (I will lose x-pounds by x-date, I will lose 4 dress sizes before my cruise in 3 months, gain muscle to look better, increase cardio for an upcoming race, etc)?

I don't like to work out by myself, even if I have to bring my chihuahua.

Probably most important 'WHY’ is getting into shape/ healthier that important (ability to play with kids, prevent sickness, being able to help others, etc). PLEASE EXPLAIN

I like to look good.... also working out helps me to feel better physically....well it also helps me to feel better mentally ....when I am working out and staying active, and capable, and limber, and in good shape, I have fun.
