Free, fun workouts! Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30pm AND Wednesday at 6:30am at Robb Field OR Dusty Rhodes Park in OB. All levels, all ages! See you at the park! This is a super fun workout, with games and circuit style exercises designed for everyone to get a great workout!
