This FREE grassroots community Boot Camp is about finding fun & friends in fitness. We are a volunteer army of supportive, positive friends who welcome any level of fitness. We switch up the fun with a variety of classes; yoga, tire flipping, cross fit, zumba & more. Please come each week & meet in the grassy area on the west side of the slides. Bring a yoga may or large towel, water & a sweat towel. Warm up run (or walk) around the park @ 6:30, class starts at 7pm. Let's do this!
