Feel Spiritual Joy through Sahaja Yoga Meditation

Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, the founder of Sahaja Yoga, had worked with Mahatma Gandhi for the peaceful independence of India. She managed to center her life around peace and put her life efforts into the wellbeing of humanity. Her whole life was threaded by the awareness and compassion for the human suffering that was created out of humans' inability to be fully at peace with themselves. She realized that this human dissatisfaction was rooted from the disconnect between people and their own Spirits. She stated "You cannot know the meaning of your life until you are connected to the power that created you". With this she set out to change the lives of people and try to put an end to human conditioning of distress through her spiritual meditation method that she called Sahaja Yoga (meaning: spontaneous union). Basing off of ancient knowledge, Shri Mataji achieved a method of enlightenment through meditation, and she made it her life's mission to spread this Joy and peace with an emphasis on spirituality. It has been over 40 years since Sahaja Yoga started its course. Let us share the peace of meditation with you, and help you connect to the pure Joy that is already within you.
