Hello Everyone. For someone who teaches like myself, this sounds like a great way to kick off the vacation season. Hope to sign up for the next meeting before its full!

Fitness for me comes in ebbs and flows. Lately it has been ebbing towards the couch and I'd like to change directions. Overall my fitness is about average.

We walk on bridges. Brooklyn Bridge, Manhattan Bridge, Williamsburg Bridge, Queens Borough Manhattan Bridge, George Washington Bridge.

We walk with NYC Parks Ranger's event year around.

Our all walk is FREE and you can walk as much you want then you can stop and go home, in case if you do not want to finish/complete the walk event of that day
