It's a release. I let go of day to day issues and give an hour to my mind and body, both relieving stress and improving fitness. It's a win all around.
Getting a certification has been sitting on the back burner in my mind for a while, but I feel like I have to work my way up to that.
Hey there, new to Denver and want to get back into yoga (which I haven't done in about a year). I remember how good it was for the body and soul and I want that back.
