FRESHMATES is all about having fun, creating joy, laughter and enhancing the social life of our members. We also have a responsibility to point out the small print below which all members are obligated to read and agree to pre-membership approval and prior to booking events.
Although every effort is made to ensure that we select activity and event providers who supply high standards of quality, service and comply with UK/EU health & safety regulations. FRESHMATES act as a facilitator to unite customers and service providers and cannot be held accountable and is exempt from any form of liability that may result in injury, death, damage, force majeure, financial losses incurred by members as a result of pre-event purchases, as well as all circumstances we deem outside of our control including that of any failures of our suppliers (providers) or customers (members) dissatisfaction.
CANELLATION & REFUND POLICY
We have the right to cancel or reschedule any event/activity under circumstances that we deem necessary including those listed above, availability of a company representative "event host", weather conditions, insufficient participants. It may be necessary to reschedule events on more than one occasion until a suitable date can be confirmed to allow the event to commence. Refunds will only be given in circumstances where an event has been cancelled "indefinitely" (without a rescheduled date) by FRESHMATES.
Members have the option and responsibility to recover their own pre-payment by independently marketing/sourcing another "group member/s" to take their place on any event they have subsequently booked and can no longer attend. Such changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the event date. Any event pre-payment/s must be recovered and settled between the "said" parties without involvement of FRESHMATES administration.
Members must adhere to all booking and participation terms and conditions.
Participation in any FRESHMATES activity or event is strictly and entirely at your own risk.
SAFETY & SECURITY OF MEMBERS:
FRESHMATES operates a strict code of conduct to ensure the safety and security of all our members. Our ethos is clear "We're about MATES not DATES"
We create well organised fun, friendly, social events in environments that are as relevent and as safe as possible to the particular activity/event we feature. We provide decent, likeminded adults with a playground for fun, laughter, enjoyment, sport, relaxation and social interaction. Of course we can't make you have fun... that bit's up to you!
However we do listen and watch out for our members:
If any member is deemed to be in breach of company policy/terms & conditions i.e. harrassment, unwanted solicitation, nuisance behaviour, safety risk to other members or suppliers/equipment or act outside of the FRESHMATES ethos they risk being swiftly removed and banned from any form of participation within FRESHMATES now or in the future.
YEP... WE'RE BIG SOFTIES TOO:
We're about MATES not DATES... BUT... we do have a HEART! If during our events you just happen to meet a fellow FRESHMATE and mutually fall head over heels... We absolutely insist we get an invitation and you give us plenty of notice so we can buy a new hat for your wedding;-).
