Live Music, Drinks, Pool and More - NEW Nightspot in Rancho Bernardo

Update: Lisa has kindly agreed to cohost this event. She'll be near the MeetUp sign.

Happy Holidays and here's wishing you all a Happy New Year! To kick the year off into high gear, here's a new place for live music, great food, bar-sports and a diverse selection of beers and wines.

O'Harley's is a new sports bar a couple of blocks East of I-15 on Camino Del Norte (Rancho Bernardo) with plenty of space, pool tables, a dart board, great Italian food and lots of beers on tap (wine, too) in addition to plenty of TV screens. There are plenty of tables for dinner and a fun, open bar area.

We'll start during happy hour (hours to be confirmed with the bar) and stay for live music starting at 8:30 PM. Our own Assistant Organizer, Steve Wolff will be playing 3 sets of his 1 Man Rock Band and, as he does at his other venues, he'll leave his set lists on the tables and at the bar so that you can choose what songs you want him to play from over 100 songs spanning 5 decades of rock.

These events are usually well attended by a friendly often fairly crowded group; if you're looking for a quiet evening with a few people, this may not be the event for you. Please note that the bar's policy is min. 2 drinks or appetizers during live music events (after all, they have to pay the rent...)

So come on by and check out this great new place in Rancho Bernardo. If, as usual, we get a good turnout, as I'll be playing, I'll look for a cohost to help greet and make introductions near to the MeetUp sign. This event is cross posted, so no need to sign up here if you've signed up elsewhere

I'll just say I was disappointed and leave it at that.

What happened John? Why don't you let the hosts to know instead, so we can do better the next time? Thanks!
