I really would like to be associated with your group. I've got to get over the my major hurdle and make it to the first meeting. I was raised a Baptist but during grad school I had two professors on my committee that opened my eyes to Humanist thinking and of course my world views on many topics including religion, social policy, and capitalism. I enjoy sharing my views with others and learning from them. I may try to come on the 26th of Oct. I just left Crowley ISD on early retirement and disability due to a seizure disorder. My wife is a teacher and coach in Crowley ISD. We have been married 28 years. I am originally from Nashville and Charyl from Miami. I look forward to getting involved in your group. David C.
