Welcome in Spring with a cooking class devoted to Rose wine at Fresh Market! This four course class will all be paired with different types of Rose wines. We will be joining with the Madison Wine Enthusiasts at this terrific cooking class.
The courses include:
Cheese Course: Manchego, Gouda, Gran Queso and Lah Vosh
Salad Course: Seared dayboat scallops on a mixed greens salad tossed with poppy seed vinaigrette, peas, grapes and fresh avocados.
Fish Course: Olive oil poached grouper on Mediterranean pappardelle in a light mushroom, caper, tomato butter sauce
Meat Course: Sweet chili glazed baby back pork ribs and oven roasted herbed potato fries
Fresh Madison Market's cooking classes with Chef Andy AND wine are always excellent. Fresh Market is located on the corner of Lake and University near UW-Madison. Validated Parking is available underneath Freshm Madison Market accessible from Lake Street.
The cost of this cooking class is $30. You will be provided with the recipes for the meal at the class.
