Go on a Mediterranean journey with Vom Fass chef Kevin Appleton. Enjoy Homemade Falafel with Tahini, Roasted Peperonata, and Arugula Salad with Oranges and Caramelized Fennel. Participants will work in teams to make Maple Nut Baklava. — $30/person
