This is a full-time position at Take the Interview. We’re an online interviewing and screening solution for the Human Resource industry. The company has been established for two years. We’re a small, tight-knit group who loves to solve challenging problems.
The goal of Take the Interview is to empower the talent acquisition process through thought-leadership, dissemination of actionable results, and innovation through the terminal of technology. Initial focal points of the mentioned goals start with an initial interest of a candidate to the point at which that candidate is contacted, interviewed and hired. We believe there has been a significant void during the interview. Our motivation is directly connected to offering interviewees and interviewers the ability to interpret what transpires during an interview.
Our services offer a repeatable process that delivers business results, driven by the innovation developed by Take the Interview. We inherently believe there’s an abundance of information to learn from during the interview. Each talent acquisition organization are different and there is no one-size that fits all. We listen and not pitch as thought partners. We understand the companies that we work with and what their business objectives are and how they align these objectives with their hiring strategies. Finally, we help companies align this business strategy with their HR practices. If people are the most important asset of business and data is used to improve your business, then by the transitive property, data should be utilized, extracted and understood to make better decisions about how successful an interview was. It is Take the Interview’s 360° process that will drive results.
