All of this winter weather has gotten me in the mood for ice skating!
The Reston Town Center is just full of things to do, even during the winter! Located in the pavilion of the town center is a nice little ice rink that provides many opportunities to glide around on ice and fall on your ass many, many times... and laugh doing it.
I figured 6:30 pm should be early enough to avoid the night crowds (but don't take my word for it). We can skate around for an hour or so, then grab a bite to eat at one of the many awesome restaurants at the town center. From there, we can check out the bar scene. You don't have to stay for the whole thing. Come for ice skating. Come for dinner. Come for drinks. Come for all 3!
Price for ice skating is $10 for admission and $5 for skate rentals. You can obviously bring your own skates if you have them.
Update: Moving this back a bit to 6:30
