Half Full Brewery in Stamford - Special "Tour"

Jordan at Half Full is excited to have us! While he won't be able to give us a proper "tour" he will show us around and explain their equipment and a little history.

They are technically open to the public during this time, but he assures me it will not be crowded and we can fill the place up!

They are only open until 7pm so we are asking that you get there as early as possible. I know this will be difficult for people who do not work close to Stamford. Please do your best to arrive between 5:30pm and 6pm.

The tasting is $5 which includes samples of up to 6 different beers they have on tap, the sampling glass is yours to take home as well.

They are the only Production Microbrewery in Fairfield County!

When we get out of there at 7pm, we can head over to Dinosaur BBQ. I'm setting up a separate RSVP for that part, because I did have to make a reservation for a table.

Small operation, but very cool that we were able to come in and get our own special tour. I really appreciated being able to ask questions!

I found it very enjoyable, though it was my first trip to a brewery, I was hoping they would explain the process but at least there was that graphic on the wall. Their bright ale was very good.
