I have always thought that the RateBeer site (http://www.ratebeer.c...­) was interesting. Whenever I try a beer I particularly like, I go there to see how my perceptions compare to other perceived "experts". Anyone can post a rating after registering on the site.

They also have a section that explains how to judge a beer.
