This evening we will do a Spring Cleaning guided visualization and meditation - clearing and purging, all of your bodies: emotional, mental, physical,energetic and spiritual and then rest in meditation afterwards.
You will feel lighter, less cumbersome, more alive.
Let go of winter heaviness and hibernation, make room for spring creativity and growth.
Please enter from the rear parking lot, remove your shoes and outer wear in the therapy room, then enter the meditation room.
You may arrive anytime after 7:15 for quiet conversation and tea. We begin by 7:30.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Shawls or light sweaters are handy for longer sits. Meditation cushions and back jacks are provided.
