Friday night Climb and Wine/(beer)

Clubs and beer pong parties are pretty overrated. Climb instead, and make for a popular in-office conversation on Monday. We shall go out to various vices and regain all the calories you just worked hard to burn off...sounds like an amazing Friday night to me. Best of all, you will become popular.*

We climbers celebrate Valentine's Day completely different. We can be romantic AFTER we climb. At least two new people joined us. Mi brought one and another came on her own. Much fun. Such climbing! Wow.

While the gym was a good time, it was the run to Rio Bravo for Mexican after is where the excitement really kicked in. No sombrero wearing, but so many people joined us. Br and Aa came, De and Je joined us and about 7 others. Midnight later we shuffled off after discussing driving to NY for gyro's and night hiking. Perhaps next time.

Not much in the way of excitement climbing wise for me. The 5.10/.10+ was tackled again with much better results on top-rope. It was certainly a lesson in good hand management. Once I got down the start pattern, the rest of the climb came together. I need to work the crux more, but that should be about trusting the low left hand at the crimp and committing for the reach to the two finger pocket. See everyone next time on the walls!

Happy pre-Friday to all. It is climbing time! We have climbs to climb and climbs to speak of. Then we have food to eat and drinks to drink and stories to tell and lies as well. It will be swell. If you aren't joining us, well.... you should be joining us because this is more fun than you can imagine.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
