FSC Ultimate Frisbee

Join us for an ultimate Frisbee pickup scrimmage with members of the Fairlington Social Club!

If you plan to join us, please RSVP "Yes", since we need a minimum of six people to play (three people per team).

If less than six people are signed up to attend an hour before the scheduled start time, the event will be cancelled.

We play every Sunday afternoon in the field adjacent to Abingdon Elementary School located at 3035 South Abingdon Street, Arlington, VA 22206.

There is plenty of parking in the school parking lot.

FSC Ultimate is for beginners and anyone just looking to hang with other meetup members and get some exercise.  Ultimate frisbee is a simple running and passing game (if you're new to the game, you get the hang of it within a few minutes).  Check out ultimate frisbee guidelines here:

You don't have to be a perfect athlete to have fun!  Ultimate is easy, great exercise, and a cool way to interact with your neighbors.  You won't need any equipment, just show up and have a good time!  Our games are not intended for serious competition.  Experienced players, please help coach new players and promote Spirit of the Game.  We play automatic offense possession on the pull (no turnovers for dropped disks on the pull).

Please bring a dark and white shirt to the game so we can make up teams.

When we  cancel, we cancel using the website at least an hour before game time.  So if the weather looks iffy, just check this website to see if the game is still on.  If the game isn't cancelled, then plan on playing.

Since we need a minimum of 6 players for a game, please don't no-show...if you find you can't make it (even at the last minute), please just change your RSVP to "no".

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
