I-Liq Chuan (roughly translated as "The Martial Art of Awareness") is an art of cultivating concentration and awareness based on Tai Chi and Zen principles of non-assertions, non-resistance, harmony of yin and yang, oneness, and the present moment.

    •  This was my second time at the meetup group for falling Leaves Kung Fu. I love this group. The art is amazing, you can learn so much from it because it is all about becoming aware of yourself. Aren't we always looking for ways to understand who we really are and how much potential we have? How far can we look? If you have any experience with qi gong or martial arts, I think you will be amazed at this style. And if you have no experience but are looking for something to get into to become more focused or for health, do it! The Sifu, Ashe is very nice and easy to understand. The class is very relaxed, but professional. If you want to put time and dedication to bettering your self and life, check this out first!
