I have been looking to get back into martial arts and experiment more with the softer styles. I also have been getting into Qigong and trying to teach so I am hoping to meet like-minded individuals!
I think the style is amazing! I have tried a few different types of martial arts, but this style incorporates so much balance. From what I saw in the first meetup it is a great way to get into shape and promote health and wellbeing. With a little backround in qigong I could feel a lot of energy in the simple movements and am excited to learn more!
