Meditate with Tibetan Singing Bowls

Sound healing is a safe, effective and proven modality that uses sound vibration to help reduce stress, alter consciousness and create a deep sense of peace, well being, and better health. The beneficial effects of sound healing and meditation have been documented throughout history.
