Subject: [FNSCoEdBookClub] Far Northside Book Club: A Call For Nominations

Hi Everyone!

It's that time... we need to nominate and vote for our book selections for the next three months.

Between now, and Sunday, July 15th at 7 pm, please send me your nominations for the poll which I will put up on the site Sunday night once nominations are closed.

A few things to note:

- You may nominate more than one book however, depending on the number of responses, I may have to whittle the list down to make it manageable. If you nominate more than one book please let me know which one is the top choice so it doesn't get cut.

- You may nominate a book from any genre. The intention of this book club is to push people to read books they may not have picked on their own. That said, please keep in mind that it needs to be discussed as a group. Nominating books that are too specific (i.e. The Comprehensive Guide to the Pi and It's Various Applications) will make it very difficult for people to relate to and therefore discuss the book.

- Once the poll is up, you will have the opportunity to vote on your top three choices. The books with the most votes will be the August, September and October book selections in order of most votes received. If you nominate a book and it doesn't get selected, please feel free to nominate it the next time.

This is everyone's book club so I would love to see lots of participation in both the nomination and voting process. Looking forward to seeing people's selections!

Thank you!
