Spanish meetup tomorrow - El Patio; email settings info

From: Laurie

Hola a todos,
Nuestra próxima reunión será mañana (martes) en El Patio a las 6:30pm. Por favor RSVP en nuestro sitio web si van a acompañarnos.

There have been some complaints about the meetup website sending too many automated emails.  I have no control over most of them, but I thought I'd let everyone know how you can change your own email settings to cut down on the number of emails you receive:
Go to
Uncheck any boxes for emails you don't want to receive, then click "Submit".

Note:  I turned off automated emails annoucing all new meetups for our group a while ago (this is one of the few I have control over); the only emails being sent out announcing new meetups are the weekly ones from me & Mari.
Also, FYI, the fairly recent emails that started going out to all members after they've attended a meetup titled "Stay in Touch" containing a bunch of "Good to See You" links have received a lot of complaints on the meetup forums pages.  But, since I don't know if/when they will remove this feature, you can turn off those emails using the steps above (by unchecking the box that says "post event greetings for Meetups I've attended").

Hasta luego,
