We are a social run group that meets twice a week, once for a track style practice and once for a social run of 3-6 miles. All levels are welcome, we have everything from run/walkers to event winners. We run at the McKlintock High School track on Tuesday nights at 6:30pm and at Life Time Fitness-Tempe on Saturday mornings at 7am. The track workout consists of interval style training with a goal of increasing your speed and lactate threshold. The Saturday runs are more of your outdoor typical group run.
