Hey Amber... thanks for your email. Hip is sore but fine. Knee is not too bad - brace for 2 weeks, physical therapy, stationary bike for now, hopefully back on the bike in 2 weeks or less. Should be OK after that. Catch you on the trail soon. Thanks, again.
