Are you a new or experienced runner?

Define experienced. I'm somewhere in between, I guess.

Why do you run or why do you want to run?

fitness, meet others, be more competitive

What are your running goals, i.e., run a marathon, become a better runner, recover from injury, get in shape, etc. ?

run more consistently and gain a faster pace

Do you have any special experience or training?

I trained with Team in Training in 2009 and had an AWESOME coach. I completed the Denver Marathon that year, and the Army Ten Miler just two weeks before my marathon.

How did you hear about FRC?


Hi, I'm Sandi. I enjoy running and finding others who I can run and socialize with. I've been in the area since June 2012 and am looking to expand my circle of friends!
