Been running for the past 10 years.
I used to run just to stay active. Now I am running to compete in endurance races.
Run a Marathon in under 4 hours. Then qualify for Boston.
I ran cross country in high school and ran with a guy on the cross country team at JMU.
A friend told me about it.
I'm Justin and have been into running and working out for quite some time now. Used to run 6 days a week then got into the beach body programs for the past year. Started running seriously again to train for endurance races!
