I run on and off, i should actually run more often if i want to get any better at it :(
I like to run 5k's and 10k's, Half's and maybe someday a Full...
I want to improve my pace, at about 10 miles my legs feel like lead weights and my pace suffers.
I'm a friendly person, I enjoy chit chatting and saying hello to everyone at events.
