Somewhat experienced runner
I want running to be a form of stress relief as well as get me back into shape
I just want to become an overall better runner to where running ten miles is easy
Hi, I'm currently returning to a running schedule that I have been off of for about 3-4 months. I definitely have a lot of work to do but running with a group is always more motivating than running solo.
