Daylight savings time finally arrives! To prepare for 2013 Hope Floats I will be doing several exercise paddles each week on Mon, Wed, & Fri evenings from 5:30 - 7:00pm. I can change the time if people are wanting to start earlier or later. Paddle upstream for 45 minutes and back at a nice steady pace (not our typical photo op and bird watching pace). We will not leave any one behind because of fitness level so come out no matter what your fitness level is.
