Walk to High Point from Delridge Library, 3 lovely wooded miles with hill...

Map link: http://ridewithgps.com/routes/2273036  Join us for a really nice, 3 mile walking loop.  Moderate pace with a steep hill with 312 feet elevation gain, but many talking stops.  Bus #120 lets you off at Delridge Way SW & SW Brandon St at the Delridge Library.  Check Metro bus schedules at this link...  http://metro.kingcounty.gov/

We will walk to the High Point Library via a P-patch, Greg Davis Park, and a rural hill climb. We will be on scenic trails through the woods and beside Longfellow creek which has a large beaver dam. This is a VERY pretty walk with low traffic and two nice libraries, and one of the longest stairs in the city.  It is created for walkers who don't mind hills.  All welcome.  Meet outside Delridge Library entrance at 11:00AM.

Sorry for the last-minute cancellation. I hope you do this walk again when I'm available without any conflicting scheduling.

I am going to try to make this. I live in Snohomish Co and love learning/adventuring in the big city to the south.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
