Lovely gardens, nice company and fantastic, informative tour by Mary - thanks so much! Anna and Anna were inspiring with their walkers, too.

I've driven past Kubota Gardens a hundred times, but couldn't stop. Eager to see this renowned horticultural site.

I am going to try to make it. I have a real estate transaction that is going on right now so if issues I need to handle come up, I may not be able to attend. Will advise. Also, if pooring down rain, I will have to cancel.

I have been to the gardens a couple of times. Beautiful place.

Are children welcome? I would like to go but would have to bring them. Also, is it stroller friendly?

    March 12, 2014

    • Mary M.

Yes all ages are welcomed- IF IT HAS BEEN RAINING please wear wet weather shoes- strollers are welcomed but tricky when very wet and also when we climb the mountain side but there is an alternate "no step route" and you could meet us on top of the mountain side. I'd advise coming if it works for you- we all stay flexible and are happy to meet any one who shows up! It's a beauty.

Every time I visit the garden I see something else brand new and beautiful in bloom-WOW- This is the place to come to shake off those winter blues---and (perhaps) to start to walk off those winter pounds!
