Meditation for Stress Management, Better Health and Higher Awareness


The first session is on March 19 at 6:30-8:30 pm.In this class you will learn a simple meditation technique that has been clinically proven to reduce the harmful effects of stress.     This is a two part class designed for those who want instruction about meditation. I committed to teaching the classes before offering weekly group meditations. My co-organizer, Karl Ericson, will be guiding the group in Troy. If you are new to meditation, I recommend that you take my classes. There is no instruction provided at the group meditation. If you are an experienced meditator, I recommend that you attend Karl's free group meditation. In the future, I will be teaching my classes on a different night. Sorry for any confusion!
