THIS IS A TWO DAY CLASS ON MARCH 19 & 26, 2013
The first session is on March 19 at 6:30-8:30 pm.In this class you will learn a simple meditation technique that has been clinically proven to reduce the harmful effects of stress. The second session is on March 26 at 6:30-8:30 pm.In this class you will learn advanced concentration and meditation techniques to take your meditation practice to a higher level.
