This session is designed for people who have already learned meditation and are interested in developing or deepening a daily meditation practice. We begin with an opening prayer and simple yoga-style chants to still the mind and quiet the heart. Chants are followed by two 20-minute periods of guided and silent meditation. There will be an opportunity after the meditation to ask questions about your meditation practice.
